PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

USE OF CLOUDKIT
The App uses Apple’s iCloud service to sync your Favorites across your devices. Favorites are stored in your private iCloud account and are not accessible to the App developer.

USE OF MUSICKIT
The App uses your Apple Music subscription to stream albums. The App does not access, collect, or store data about your personal music library.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not use any third-party services, frameworks, libraries or advertising networks that collect or track user data.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Terms of Use

• This is a Terms of Use agreement between Just By Speaking (‘we’, ‘our’) and the user (‘you’) regarding the Albums Matter app (the ‘App’) on Apple devices, like iPhone.  Please also read the Apple Customer Privacy Policy, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the iCloud Terms of Service by Apple, Inc. (with its affiliates, ‘Apple’) which may apply to your use of the App.

• By accessing or using the App, you fully agree to these Terms of Use.

• The App or parts of it may discontinue or change at any time and might contain errors. The App is provided ‘as is’ and without any express or implied warranties or representations whatsoever.

• Our Terms of Use may also change. Your continued use of the App after changes of the Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy or the App itself will be seen as your acceptance of both. Again, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

• You agree to indemnify us from any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that we incur due to your breach of these terms, or from any claims that you have violated these terms.
